Founded in January 2016, Matthieu Coelenbier Tré-Hardy, Founder & CEO, surrounded himself with top market talent, including Esteban Lopez as Customer Care Director, to refine a unique platform that, within a few months, became the reflex for major industry players.

A website and mobile app bring together the most highly qualified Extras on the market.

“Le Club des Extras” becomes “Onestaff” and adopts a new design to expand into new verticals and international markets.

In a crisis, opportunities sometimes emerge. For Onestaff, it was the chance to support major Retail players, who still use their favorite tool every day.

Onestaff decides to support the Healthcare and Medico-Social sector, increasingly impacted by the crisis. Onestaff inspires thousands of caregivers to assist the most important public and private players in the market.

Building on this momentum, Onestaff welcomes Caroline Sonigo as Digital Business Director to support luxury brands, expanding into Beauty and later Fashion retail roles.

After its strong success and being approached by major players in the temporary staffing market, Onestaff chose to join forces with Roland Gomez, President of the Proman Group, the leading independent player in France, the 4th largest in Europe, and 10th worldwide, with €5 billion in revenue.

Freelancing now complements Proman’s offering alongside Interim Work, CDD, CDI, and CDI intérimaire recruitment, supported by more than 1,278 HR-specialized agencies.

For over 30 years, PROMAN has combined a human-centered approach with innovative solutions to support all its clients in France and internationally.

That same year, Onestaff appointed Frédéric Bonfils as COO to strengthen the team.
